FLIGHTS
Flight itineraries will be sent to attendees at least two weeks prior to training.
Your flight itinerary is sent to the email address you listed on your Training RSVP form.
If you cannot find your flight itinerary, please check your spam/ junk folders. If you still cannot find it, please reach out to DL-Travel@InsightGlobal.com.
ACCOMMODATIONS
You will not receive a hotel confirmation email, as we have booked your room for you.
All you need to check in is a photo ID. Please do not charge personal items to the room. Any purchases made at the hotel need to be paid for out of pocket.

There will be a shuttle to take you to/ from the hotel & HQ each morning.
Everyone will be assigned a roommate for the duration of your stay.

TRANSPORTATION
Scan the Lyft payment QR Code below for transportation to & from the ATL Airport to your hotel.
Please note:
This code will only work in specific parameters in Atlanta.
This code does expire. Do not scan the code until you are ready to order a ride at the Atlanta airport.
If you need to use rideshare to/ from your home airport you can submit that expense through Comtrak.
If you want to tip your driver, IG will not be responsible for that cost.
