Do I need to bring anything to Training?
Yes, please bring your laptop, laptop charger & Prework. See Prework & Agenda page.
What is the Dress Code?
We recommend erring on the side of more professional. You will be seeing & meeting IG Executives throughout your time at HQ. Please no athleisure, hats, crop tops, ripped denim, bodycon dresses or shorts.
Will I need to manage my own accommodations?
No, the IGU and Travel teams will manage your hotel and flight reservations for you.
You will receive your flight itinerary from TIgroups@travelinc.com at least 2 weeks prior to your training date. If you have not received your flight itinerary by this deadline, please reach out to DL-Travel@InsightGlobal.com.
You will not receive a confirmation email for your hotel room, as we have booked it for you. All you need to check into the hotel is your photo ID.
Will food be provided?
Yes, breakfast is provided at your hotel each morning, and lunch is provided by IGU each day of training. Dinner is also provided by IGU each evening.
As a reminder, you can expense up to $25 for meals on travel days.
What if I have a dietary restriction?
If you have a dietary restriction we need to know about, please specify your need in your RSVP, or reach out to us directly at IGU@insightglobal.com. Your meal will be set up separately in the IGU Lobby during lunch. Hospitality staff will be present during lunch if you have any questions/ concerns.
What If I need to adjust my flight?
Please email DL-Travel@InsightGlobal.com with any flight adjustment requests. If your flight has already been booked, any adjustments will be an out-of-pocket cost.
What happens if my flight gets cancelled?
First, visit the customer service desk at the airport to see if accommodations are being made by the airline to re-book your flight. If not, please email DL-Travel@InsightGlobal.com ASAP. We will immediately contact our travel partner to get you booked on the next available flight.
